HERE AND NOW

"Forever is composed of nows" - Emily Dickinson
'Living in the moment' is perhaps perceived as going through life with your heart in it and some say it is both heart and mind that harmonizes 'Living in the moment'. Both these perceptions hold true but what do they mean?
Does 'Living in the moment' mean being present physically and mentally? or something more. 'Living in the moment' is concept that empowers an individual to become aware of their mind and body and its reaction or responses to external and internal processes. At any given point an individual experiences more than one emotion and there is an automatic trigger that urges them to either react or respond to a particular emotion more than the other.
Being aware is a process that accelerates with appropriate support.
